Keep It Jesus Apparel — U.S. Returns & Refunds
We want your Keep It Jesus apparel to arrive correctly and in good condition. This policy applies to apparel orders delivered within the United States.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or differs from the item you ordered, contact us promptly and within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and affected area. For an incorrect item, include a photo of its size label.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge or a refund for an eligible item. Please keep the item while we review your request. Do not mail anything to Printify or the print provider. A physical return is generally not required for a confirmed production defect; if one is needed, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping.
Size, color, and change-of-mind requests
Our apparel is made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges when the item was supplied correctly but you selected the wrong size or color, or changed your mind. Please review the size chart and your selections before ordering. If we send a size or color different from your confirmed order, contact us under the damaged or incorrect item process above.
Refunds
We will notify you of the outcome of your request by email. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. The time until the funds appear depends on your payment provider. Member discounts and sale pricing do not remove your eligibility for help with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item; refunds reflect the amount actually paid.
